If you want to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and make sure to return the item within 7 days after we provide you with the return address.
You will be responsible for the shipping fee on sending us the item back.
Return/Exchange for broken or defective item:
You need to share the picture of the defected part of the item and describe the issue you are facing and then we will further process your request for return or exchange. We make sure that the jewelry piece we send is 100 percent fine. Only a partial refund is done for broken or defected items.

Return and exchange are only done if the jewelry piece is unused and is in the same condition and packing you received.
